Yes. The building can comfortably hold 300 guests (without a room flip,) 280 guests with full setup with room for DJ, Cake Table, and Dance Floor. However, you will need to rent additional tables and chairs, as the venue provides seating for 200 guests.
Yes! The only vendor we have to be very specific on is your bartender. Bartender must be licensed and Insured and willing to write us on as additionally Insured. We have an approved list if you need recommendations.
No. We will schedule your security for you. You pay security guard the day of your event prior to bar opening.
$350 for up to 6 hours (according to contract your bar can be open for 5 hours) for up to 200 guests.
$40 for each additional hour.

Yes! You must purchase an event liability insurance policy and add “host liquor liability” to it. This allows self-serving until guests begin arriving. One hour before the bar opens, all alcohol must be taken to the bar or down to your cabin. No self-serving is allowed once guests arrive, and suites will be locked during the ceremony and reception.
Only if you book a two-day package. If another event is scheduled the day before, your rehearsal may be moved a day or two earlier.
Cabin check-in time is 3 PM. However, if the cabins were not rented the night before and are cleaned and ready when you take possession of The Lodge, early check-in is allowed. Check-out time is 11 AM the following day.
