You are in charge! Bridal Creek staff is on-site for any of your needs, otherwise, the building is yours for your big day.

LODGE RATES: (The following rates include all 12 cabins the night of the event)
Saturday – $5,900
Friday/Sunday – $4,900
Monday-Thursday – $3,900

The following rates do not include cabins and are available Monday-Thursday only:
Elopement (3 hours venue use) – $2,000
Ceremony Only (5 hours venue use) – $2,900

Multiple day packages include all 12 cabins for 2 nights and 2 full days of venue use (10am-midnight):
Friday-Sunday – $8,500
Monday -Thursday – $5,500

*For events for 30 people or less, Corporate Events, Baby Showers, Reunions, Etc. Call 918-376-3267 for hourly rate.

RENTAL TIME:
14 hours (10:00am to Midnight)
Extra hours – billed at $300/hour

CLEANING FEE:
$500 (charged for all rentals)

*Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Independence Day (July 4th), as well as the Sundays before legal Monday holidays, shall be charged the same rate as Saturday

5% discount if paying in full at time of booking

10% discount for active military, police, or fire department members

RENTAL & PAYMENT TERMS

Rental price includes: Rental price includes: Bridal and groom’s party suites, tables & chairs for 200 guests, serving and pub tables, sound system with projector and wall mounted screen, outdoor arbor, setup and cleanup. Rental of north lodge only, does not include bridal and groom’s party suites or use of outdoor arbor.
One-hour rehearsal time the day before your wedding is included at no charge.
Terms: 40% down at time of booking, 30% at 180 days, final 30% due 90 days from event
Security deposit – $500 per event (added to total event cost, returned within 10 days following event)

EVENT LIABILITY INSURANCE

Special Event Insurance and Host Liquor Liability Coverage – Wedsafe is an independent company we are not affiliated with. Please choose $1,000,000.00-$2,000,000.00, with Save the Date, LLC dba The Lodge at Bridal Creek as the additionally insured party. Choosing The Lodge at Bridal Creek as your venue automatically sends us a copy of your certificate. If this option is not available please contact your venue coordinator for an email address to send the policy to. This must be down at least 4 days before your event.
