Event Venue in Tulsa

Can I choose my own vendors? 

Yes! The only vendor we have to be very specific on is your bartender. Bartender must be licensed and Insured and willing to write us on as additionally Insured. We have an approved list. 

Can I book my own security guard? 

No. We will schedule your security for you. You pay security guard the day of your event prior to bar opening.

What’s the cost of security guard for open bar?

$350 for up to 6 hours(according to contract your bar can be open for 5 hours) for up to 200 guests. 

$40 for each additional hour 

2 guards required if over 200 people 

NO ALCOHOL WILL BE SERVED TO GUESTS UNTIL BARTENDER ARRIVES. 

Can I use candles? 

No open flames. Any candles must be completely surrounded by glass. We recommend battery operated candles 

Can I hang drapery and lights myself? 

No. This will be added on to your package and will be installed by a 3rd party vendor(Softtouch Draping) Drapery $500

Can we have alcohol In the suites? 

Yes! You will purchase an event liability Insurance policy and you will add “host liquor liability” to it. This will allow you to self serve until the guest begin arriving. One hour before your bar opens, all alcohol must be taken to the bar or down to your cabin. No self-serving once guests arrive and suites will be locked during ceremony & reception.

My wedding Is on Saturday, will I be guaranteed a rehearsal on Friday? 

Only if you do a two day package is it guaranteed. If there is an event the day before yours, we move your rehearsal back a day or two as needed. 

Can we check Into the cabins when we arrive at The Lodge at 10am for our rental? 

Cabin Check-in time Is 3pm. However, if the cabins were not rented the night before and they are cleaned and ready when you take possession of The Lodge, we don’t mind if you check-in early. Check-out time Is the following day 11am.

Can we use sparklers for our exit? 

Yes! You must provide buckets with sand to extinguish the sparklers.  

Can we do the catering ourselves? 

Yes, you will sign a waiver with us since our contract states your caterer will be licensed and Insured.

Can I bring items to the venue early and drop them off?

No. Access time Is 10am unless you have paid for additional time. $300/hr

Is the outside chair setup/teardown fee included in the rental?

No. This is an additional cost if you choose for Bridal Creek to do the setup. You can choose to do the setup & tear down yourself to save money.

Do you know of additional hotels or cabins for rent close to Bridal Creek? 

Yes! We are within 10 minutes on either side of Osage Casino Tulsa and Skiatook. Check with each location on their room block policy & shuttle policies. 

Can we have more than 200 guests since that is all the tables and chairs you provide? 

Yes. The building can comfortably hold 300(without a room flip). 

You will need to rent any additional tables chairs. Your rental includes tables & chairs for 200 guests. 

Can we setup & decorate during our 1 hour rehearsal?

No. The lodge may already be setup for another event and we ask that you do not alter that setup.

Can I hang decor on the walls? 

Only with command strips. No nails, thumbtacks, or screws in the walls please. 

Can I decorate the arbor with my own florals? 

Yes. All decor must be removed by the event of your event. Please use zip ties. 

Can I use the brown farmhouse chairs outside?

No. We have white chairs for outside. 

Can I use fake flowers outside? 

No. You can real flower pedals or biodegradable flowers. Any outside decor must be cleaned up before the end of your event. 

Can I use confetti inside or outside The Lodge? 

No rice, birdseed, confetti, silly string, glitter, or colored smoke/fog machines are allowed.
