What Sets Bridle Creek Apart from Other Venues?

  • Outside catering is allowed by the vendor of you choice.
  • For one price you may have access to the building and all outdoor areas.
  • Rental includes tables and chairs for 200 guests.
  • You are allowed a 1-hour rehearsal at no charge.
  • Cabins for out-of-town guest(s).
  • Bridle Creek provides your inside tables and chairs set-up and cleanup at no additional charge.
  • You may serve alcohol at your event. Ask us about special event host liquor liability insurance. Please read the instructions below.
  • You are in charge! Bridle Creek staff is on-call for any of your needs, otherwise the building is yours for your big day.

Saturday – $4,900
Friday/Sunday – $3,900
Monday – Thursday – $2,900

Rental Time:
12 hours (12pm to Midnight)
Extra hours – billed at $300/hour

Cleaning Fee:
$250 (charged for all rentals)

*Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve,  New Year’s Day, Independence Day (July 4th), as well as the Sundays before legal Monday holidays, shall be charged the same rate as Saturday

5% discount if paying in full at time of booking*
3% convenience fee added for credit card usage*
10% discount for active military, police, or fire department members*

  • Rental price includes: men’s & women’s dressing areas, tables & chairs for 200 guests, serving and pub tables, sound system with projector and wall mounted screen, outdoor arbor, setup and cleanup. Rental of north lodge only, does not include dressing areas or use of outdoor arbor. 
  • One-hour rehearsal time the day before your wedding is included at no charge.
  • Terms: 40% down at time of booking, 30% at 180 days, final 30% 90 days from event
  • Security deposit – $500 per event (added to total event cost, returned within 10 days following event)

SOUTH SIDE – 5200 sqft, 4000 sqft seating (300 seating cap.)
NORTH SIDE – 1340 SQ FT, 800 sqft seating (30 seating cap.)
UPSTAIRS – 680 sqft (Brides / 2 rooms – including restroom area)

** special event host liquor liability insurance ( is an independent company which we are not affiliated with. To help you fill out online purchase(s) please follow directions below;
At home page on type of insurance select “Special Event Insurance” link, then select “Quote.Pay.Print” under WEDSURE. Answer that you are not a Vendor, select “Event Type,” and enter the date of your event. Check #1 for liability insurance (this has host liquor included). It will ask for the coverage we require. Please choose $1,000,000.00-$2,000,000.00, with Bridle Creek as the additionally insured party. You will be given a choice on deductibles should you purchase the other insurance. When you have paid for the insurance and received the policy, please email, fax, or send through the mail to Bridle Creek.

To help you in laying out tables for you event, click here to print the lodge floor plan. On the outside of building, there are round tables with chairs plus longer tables that are scaled to the building. Using scissors, cut tables and re-locate to fit your event.
